On the morning of June 28, the delegation of 4 people from Kalmyk State University led by President Badma Salaev came to visit our college. Wei Yingbin, President of our college and Shang Zhiqiang, Director of IECC, welcomed them in the meeting room on the 9th floor of the Comprehensive Building. 15 students from our college who are going to study in Kalmyk State University also attended the meeting.

At the meeting, President Badma Salaev gave a brief introduction of Kalmyk State University from the aspects of its history, its school size, its setting of majors and the current situation of its international cooperation and so on. He said that Kalmyk State University attaches great importance to the cooperation with HNCST and appreciates the efforts made by our college to promote the cooperation between the two schools. At the same time, he expressed his hope that the two schools will further enhance interaction and deepen cooperation and exchange.

President Wei Yingbin warmly welcomed the arrival of the delegation and thanked President Badma Salaev for his efforts in promoting the cooperation and exchange between our two schools. He introduced the basic situation of our college to them, reviewed the cooperation and exchange between the two schools in the past, and put forward some suggestions for further cooperation in the future.

After the meeting, President Badma Salaev visited our Russian Language Learning and Exchange Center and met the 15 students from our college who are going to study in Kalmyk State University this fall. President Badma Salaev praised the design and facilities of the center. Later, he talked with the 15 students and watched their Russian performance there.
